Ingredients to make Quick and Easy Korean Beef

I call this Korean Beef but I actually make this meal predominately with ground venison. So if you have any kind of wild game in your freezer, go ahead and use that! It’s absolutely delicious!
- Ground Meat (Beef, Wild Game)
- Onion
- Garlic Cloves
- Soy Sauce
- Brown Sugar (or coconut sugar)
- Ground Ginger
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Sriracha Sauce (Optional for added heat)
- Garnish: Cucumbers, Carrots, Green Onions, Sesame Seeds
- Serve with cooked Rice or Quinoa
How to make quick and easy Korean Beef

- First add a little butter or oil to a pan and sauté the chopped onions in a skillet until translucent and slightly browned. Then add the ground meat and brown until cooked through. *Start cooking the rice now too.

- In a small bowl mix together the minced garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, ground ginger and sesame oil (and sriracha if using). Pour overtop the browned beef and cook for 5 more minutes.

- Cut, shred or peel carrots, cucumbers and green onion.
- Serve meat over cooked rice and garnish with carrots, cucumbers, green onion and sesame seeds.
- Enjoy!

Can I freeze this recipe?
Yes! In fact I recommend doubling this recipe and saving the leftovers for another day.
Thaw the meat first, then add to your skillet with a tablespoon or two of water and heat through.
Then all you have to do is cook the rice or use leftover rice and you have the quickest most delicious dinner ever!
