Ingredients to make Easy Homemade Elderberry Gummies
- Elderberry Syrup
- Orange Juice
- Pomegranate or Cranberry Juice (or any berry juice)
- Gelatin
- Raw Honey
- Optional add-ins: Probiotic Capsules and Vitamin C capsules
How to make Easy Homemade Elderberry Gummies

- Mix together elderberry, orange juice and pomegranate/cranberry juice in a sauce pan. Add gelatin and whisk thoroughly. Turn stove to medium/low heat.
- Mix until it starts to boil then remove from the heat. Let it sit and cool down to around 100 degrees F. *Note: It will thicken as it cools, so don’t allow it to cool much below 100 degrees F.
- Mix in raw honey, and optional probiotics/vitamin C capsules.


- If you have molds, drop mixture into molds or pour into a 9×9 dish lined with parchment paper. *move quickly because it begins to set fast. If it’s thickening up on you, add back to the stove on low heat, just enough to turn it to liquid again.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
- Remove gummies from molds or cut into pieces and enjoy!

Do I have to use Elderberry Syrup to Make these Gummies?
No you do not have to use Elderberry Syrup to make these gummies. You can replace the elderberry syrup with your juice of choice.
Do I have to make them in gummy bear molds?
No you do not. You can use any kind of molds you may have. I recommend using silicone molds though because they are easy to push the gummies out.
But you can also make these gummies in a 9×9 dish lined with parchment paper. Then you just cut them into squares to eat.

How to Make Easy Homemade Elderberry Gummies
These Easy Homemade Elderberry Gummies are a sweet way to support your immune system. They're made with wholesome ingredients, and formed into a fun gummy treat that tastes like candy but supports your body in all the right ways.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Elderberry Syrup
- 1/2 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Pomegranate/Cranberry or Berry Juice of choice
- 1/4 cup Gelatin
- 1/4 cup Raw Honey
- Optional Additions: 2 Probiotic and Vitamin C Capsules
Instructions
- Mix together elderberry, orange juice and pomegranate/cranberry juice in a medium size sauce pan. Add gelatin and whisk thoroughly. Turn stove to medium/low heat.
- Mix until it starts to boil along the sides of the pan, then remove from the heat. Let it sit and cool down to around 100°F. *Note: It will thicken as it cools, so don't allow it to cool much below 100°F.
- Mix in raw honey, and optional probiotics/vitamin C capsules.
- If you have gummy molds, using a syringe, drop mixture carefully into molds or pour mixture into a 9x9 dish lined with parchment paper. *move quickly because it begins to set up fast. If mixture begins to thicken, add back to the stove on low heat, just enough to turn it to liquid again.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
- Remove gummies from molds or cut into pieces and enjoy!
